What is Heirloom Providing and what are you providing?

If Heirloom is not providing the alcohol, who is designated to take the remaining open or non-returnable alcohol at the end of the reception?*

Is there anything above and beyond what was decided on and discussed at the final walk-thru that should be added to the rentals/event service needs?*
