We’re not just caterers, we’re curators. We select the freshest meats and produce from local farmers and markets. Then, we work to make every event exceptional—from luscious, boutiquestyle menus to remarkable and delectable food.
We start with a vision. Then, we execute. If we’re creating something new for you, this might require testing and tweaking—and we are uncompromising. There’s no love in mass production—we cook everything ourselves, transport, and assemble at the event. Our chefs work offsite in our stateoftheart kitchen and also cook onsite when needed. It’s a delicate process, requiring great care to ensure each ingredient retains integrity: temperature, texture, flavor, and magic.
Our menu options cover any kind of gathering, from a business luncheon to a wedding reception; from a launch party to a gala. And we always dress for the occasion: our services are tailored to the precise mood and flow of your event.

Menu Creation and Food Styling
Chicken, fish, or pasta? We prefer to think outside the checkbox. Our culinary team works with you to customize menus ranging from fashionable finger foods to fullcourse dinners.
We draw on seasonal ingredients to craft dishes that invigorate every sense: think flakey flounder filets cradling verdant asparagus, perfectly plated on a bed of risotto, or parmesandusted penne nestled in a mini tulipshaped glass. Often, it’s the little things that make a bold impression—we’re experts at bitesized sensations, like our little donuts, housemade and fried onsite, served individually in mini mason jars and drizzled with lemonthyme glaze.
Because taste doesn’t end at the tongue, our food stylists design full flavor experiences. Unique details draw out an overall theme: It’s the slice of a tree trunk that create a truly rustic setting or the strategicallyplaced sprigs of thyme that cultivate a country garden vibe.
Tablescapes
We know you’ve experienced the poetry of a beautiful landscape. We bring the same inspiration to the table. We focus on serving stations, seating areas, and receptions tables, transforming every surface into a work of art.
Tablescapes are tailored to the client’s theme, integrating food and drink into the total experience. Think an outdoor buffet turned bustling European street market or a drink table transformed into a beachy DIY Mojito bar.
We bring in unique design elements that tell a story and/or serve as creative displays: Antique jars and vintage cases. Wooden crates and French plates. Goldpainted manzanita trees perched on whitewashed farm tables.
Each detail is expertly executed, from the perfect place settings to the parade of tiny tea lights, to floral arrangements and table cloths. Most items are made inhouse or sourced by our expert stylists. We partner with local creatives who specialize in the exceptional: from gorgeous calligraphy and graphic art to unique antiques, lovely linens, fabulous flowers, and more.
